Big week, all week as the Slaves of GWAR slid into full-on production of our new show, premiering this fall in support of our new album. I know, I know, a thousand questions. And they shall all be answered soon…but for now I can tell you that the story is the most epic one we have ever told. Lots of GWAR albums have stories but this one is the most developed yet. Working in our new studio, which has room for all of our production elements, has led to a great synergy between the artists and musicians and they are truly as one, music inspiring art and visa versa. Nothing less than our maximum effort will do on an album we have made in tribute to our eternal comrade, Cory Smoot, and his roaring alter-ego, Flattus Maximus. I think he would be proud, and I am proud as hell of these guys to not only continue with GWAR in the face of such a loss, but somehow find a way to grow a still-thriving concept. Great days ahead for the band that will last forever, and their matchless fans who truly make it all worth doing. We are not gonna let ya down!
